The Pace Area Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit Florida business association focused on enhancing the economy and quality of life within our community. Nestled near the center of Santa Rosa County, Florida, the beautiful community of Pace has become an extremely popular location for visitors, retirees, and families looking for that perfect place to be. During recent years, Santa Rosa County has become one of the fastest growing counties in the state of Florida, and the Pace area has been one of the fastest growing areas in Santa Rosa County.
During the past 20 years, the population of Pace has grown from roughly 10,000 to an estimated 52,000 people (according to FEMA). Obviously, such growth is the result of many factors that blend to make Pace so appealing to so many people. It is our pleasure to share some of these facts with you and to welcome you to visit our beautiful community and surrounding areas.
Living in Pace
Life in Pace is a relaxed and highly enjoyable experience. We are conveniently located midway between Pensacola and Milton and highly accessible to a complete variety of retail stores, restaurants, schools, parks, beach areas, sports facilities, hunting and fishing areas, and almost any other items of interest.
We are located just nine miles west of Milton, which is the Santa Rosa County seat and the eleventh oldest city in the state of Florida. We are only 12 miles east of Pensacola, the second oldest city in the state of Florida. History and old-fashioned culture blend beautifully with our modern architecture and technological developments to create a wonderful atmosphere that enjoys the best of both worlds.
Even with the tremendous growth of the Pace area in recent years, families enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and relaxed hometown feel.
